How The Sign Shop handles pickup, turnaround, your own garments and refunds.
Shop policies
Our printing department prints all files exactly as submitted. We do not edit, fix, or redesign artwork during printing. If your files need editing or cleanup, submit an Artwork Request first.
Pickup instructions
Come to the counter during open hours, or use the 24-hour locker out front. We text you the code.
Turnaround
White tees the same day when you order by 2 PM. Most signs in 3 to 5 business days.
