What you get

A whole print shop website, with your name on it.

Your customers see five menu items in the header: Shirts, Signs, Classifieds, Classes and Wholesale. Each one is explained below. Each one has a page your customer shops on and a page in your back office where you run it, with the same name in both places.

01 · Menu item 1 · Same Day

Same Day: white shirts and DTF transfers, printed the day they are ordered.

This is the first item in your customer's menu. It holds every product you promise to print the same day: white t-shirts, tanks, hoodies and DTF gang sheets. Your customer picks a shirt, drops their artwork on the front or the back, picks sizes and sees the price before they pay. The gang sheet builder lets them lay out their own transfers on a sheet and pay by the foot. You decide which products go on this page with one switch per product in your back office.

02 · Menu item 2 · Standard

Standard: colored apparel, embroidery and screen printing with a lead time.

This is the second menu item. It holds the products that take a few days: colored shirts and hoodies, embroidery priced by stitch count, and screen printing priced by the number of ink colors. The same shirt designer works here. The lead time is printed on every product, so the customer knows the wait before they order. Move any product between Same Day and Standard with one switch.

03 · Menu item 3 · Signs

Signs: banners, rigid signs, vinyl, cards and magnets with the live sign designer.

This is the third menu item. It has 33 sign products: vinyl and mesh banners, yard signs, PVC and foam board, aluminum, adhesive vinyl, window graphics, floor graphics, business cards and car magnets. Your customer types in the size, picks the material, sides and quantity, uploads their art and watches the price change as they go. Then they pay. There are no quote emails and no phone tag.

04 · Menu item 4 · Classifieds

Classifieds: a board where you and your customers buy and sell used machines, supplies and blanks.

This is the fourth menu item. You can post your own used machines, extra supplies, blank shirts and services. Your customers can post too. Buyers message the seller through the site, so no phone numbers are shown. You manage your ads from Back office → Classifieds.

05 · Menu item 5 · Classes

Classes: sell seats in your own printing classes and workshops.

This is the fifth menu item. Post a class with a date, a price per seat and the number of seats. Customers sign up and pay online. The list of who signed up lands in your shop inbox.

06 · Menu item 6 · Wholesale

Wholesale: coupons and bulk prices for your repeat customers.

This is the sixth menu item. Make coupon codes for a percent off or dollars off, set a minimum order and an end date, and turn them on and off whenever you like. Your coupons show on the Wholesale page and work at your checkout.

07 · Log in · Back office

The back office: one place to run the whole shop.

Every menu item above has a matching page in your back office, with the same name. Orders come into your order inbox with the proof, the files and the customer's contact. You set your pickup address, hours, shipping rules, prices, logo and colors. You see your sales reports and your payout history. It all works on a phone.

08 · Artwork requests

Artwork requests: customers with no artwork can still order.

A customer who only has a photo or an idea fills out a short form and sends it to you. It lands in your shop inbox with the files attached. You reply with a draft and a price, and the job becomes an order.

09 · Your web address

Your web address: yourname.13thav.com today, your own domain when you want it.

Every shop gets a free web address the day it opens. If you already own a domain, point it at our servers and the same site answers on your name. You set this at Back office → Profile → Web address.

Two switches that make you money on day one

Wizard Mode gets your shop open. Consignment Mode decides what you print yourself and what 13thav prints for you. Both live in your back office.

Wizard Mode

Wizard Mode: answer nine questions and your shop is open.

Setting up a website is where most shops give up. We made it a window with nine plain questions and a progress bar. You do not need a manual or a developer.

You answer nine plain questions.
Your business name, your logo, your address, your pickup hours, your shipping promise, how you get paid, what you sell and your web address.
Every answer saves as you type.
You can close the window and come back tomorrow. You pick up on the same step. Nothing on the list is required to open your doors.
Every confusing field has an eye icon.
Click it and a short, plain explanation opens right under the field.

Consignment Mode

Consignment Mode: pick what you print. 13thav prints the rest and you keep 20%.

You control every category. Print the products you make in your own shop and keep 100% of the sale. For anything you do not make, flip a switch and 13thav prints it, packs it and ships it under your name. You keep 20% of every one of those sales.

You choose shelf by shelf.
White apparel, colored apparel, DTF gang sheets, signs, embroidery and screen printing each have their own switch. Set each one to "I print this" or "13thav prints this".
A customer orders on your site.
The job lands on our floor in Brooklyn. We make it, box it and mail it. The order carries your shop's name, not ours.
You keep 20% of every sale we print.
The split happens when the card clears. Your share goes to your own Stripe account. You buy nothing up front and hold no inventory.
Add your own markup and keep all of it.
You can raise the price on any shelf above our price. That extra money is yours on top of the 20%.
Change your mind any time.
Flip a shelf back to "I print this" and it unlocks. Your products, your prices, your call.
