Question 1

How fast can I get a white t-shirt printed?

Accepted Answer

Pay for white shirts or DTF transfers before 2 PM and they're ready the same day, before midnight, in the 24-hour locker. After 2 PM they're ready the next day.

Question 2

How does pickup work?

Accepted Answer

Pick up at the counter Mon–Sat 10am–7pm, or use the 24-hour locker: when your order is ready we text you a code, you open the locker, take your bag and close the door. Nothing to sign.

Question 3

How long do signs and banners take?

Accepted Answer

Most signs, banners and rigid boards are ready in 3–5 business days. Rush is sometimes possible — call (347) 573-3875 before you order.

Question 4

Will you fix my file?

Accepted Answer

We print exactly what you send. If your file is low resolution, missing a bleed or needs a background removed, add Artwork Cleanup ($24) or send it through the Artwork Request page and we'll send back a proof before anything prints.

Question 5

Do you ship?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most orders can ship anywhere in the US; pick "Ship" at checkout and we email a tracking number when it leaves. Local pickup at the counter or the locker is always free.

Question 6

Where are you?

Accepted Answer

1309 78th Street in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn — a few blocks from Bay Ridge, off 13th Avenue. Counter hours are Mon–Sat 10am–7pm, and the 24-hour locker is right outside, so you can grab a paid order any time.
